On Schedule
Your date drives the schedule. Permits, inspections, and long-lead items planned in from day one.
Founded in 2025 in Union, Kentucky by Justin Foster — bringing big-contractor discipline to commercial and industrial projects across Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana.
Our story
Justin Foster spent two decades running commercial and industrial construction for a large contractor — new builds, plants, warehouses, renovations.
One pattern kept repeating. The systems that make large projects work — critical-path schedules, line-item budgets, disciplined inspection tracking — rarely made it down to the mid-size jobs local owners actually hire for. Those got handed off and managed from a desk.
Precision Contracting Services exists to close that gap — commercial and industrial new builds and renovations, including food-grade warehouse and pre-engineered buildings. Keep the processes that make big projects run on time, and give the owner direct access to the person accountable. When you call, you reach the contractor.
Much of our work is repeat business from customers we have stayed in touch with for years. We already know the building, the operation, and the people — so the next project starts warm instead of cold.
Excellence crafted with precision is not a tagline we picked because it looked good on a logo. It is the standard the work gets measured against.

What we stand on
Your date drives the schedule. Permits, inspections, and long-lead items planned in from day one.
Pricing you can actually read, and no change order without your signature first.
Most of our work is repeat business. We stay in touch after closeout, so the next project starts with a contractor who knows your building.
The punch walk is not a formality. Details get inspected the way your customer will look at them.
Why business owners choose us
The rigor of a company that has run multi-million-dollar work, from a team small enough that the owner knows your project by name.
Where we work
Based at 9943 Old Union Rd in Union, Kentucky, working throughout the tri-state. Licensed and insured in all three states.
Being local matters. We know the inspection schedules, the plan review timelines, and the subs who actually show up — which is most of what keeps a project on its date.
Let's build
