Excellence Crafted With Precision

Commercial & industrial construction services

New construction, renovations, build-outs, pre-engineered buildings, and tenant improvements across Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana — with the discipline of a much larger contractor.

Service 01

Commercial New Construction

Ground-up buildings, managed from the first survey stake to the certificate of occupancy.

Sequencing matters most here. Site work, utilities, foundations, structure, envelope, and systems have to land in order, with inspections booked before trades are standing around. We build the schedule backward from your opening and manage the critical path weekly.

  • Site development, grading, utilities, and foundations
  • Structural steel, masonry, and wood-frame construction
  • Building envelope, roofing, storefront, and glazing
  • Full MEP coordination — mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection
  • Interior finishes, fixtures, and equipment installation
  • Permitting, inspections, and certificate of occupancy

Industrial Construction

Including food-grade warehouse

Plants, warehouses, and distribution — a different discipline from commercial work, with different tolerances and inspections.

Industrial work is judged on things a storefront never considers: slab flatness, floor loading, clear heights, dock geometry, process utilities, and how cleanly a wall-to-floor junction sanitizes. We build to those standards and coordinate around production so the line keeps running.

Food-grade warehouse adds its own requirements: USDA and FDA-conscious finishes, sanitary coving, seamless washable surfaces, insulated panels, temperature control, and the documentation an audit asks for. We build it to pass inspection, not to need rework after.

  • Food-grade and sanitary warehouse construction
  • Insulated metal panel walls and ceilings
  • Sanitary coving, seamless floors, and wash-down surfaces
  • Cold storage, freezer, and temperature-controlled space
  • Manufacturing plants, processing, and production floors
  • Warehouse, distribution, dock, and material-handling areas
  • Heavy slabs, floor loading, and high-clear structures
  • Process utilities, compressed air, and equipment set
  • Phased work around active production lines

Service 03

Pre-Engineered Buildings

Often the fastest, most cost-effective way to get square footage in the ground.

A metal building is only as good as its foundation, erection, and finish-out. We handle the whole package — foundations sized to the manufacturer's reactions, anchor bolts, steel erection, envelope, then the interior that turns a shell into a working space.

We will run the building order or build on a package you already bought. Either way the long-lead steel is ordered against a real schedule, so nobody is standing on a finished foundation waiting on a truck.

  • Site work, foundations, and anchor bolt setting
  • Building package procurement and order coordination
  • Steel erection, secondary framing, and bracing
  • Roof and wall panels, insulation, trim, and flashing
  • Overhead doors, dock equipment, and man doors
  • Interior finish-out: offices, restrooms, mezzanines
  • Full MEP rough-in and connection
  • Additions and expansions to existing metal buildings

Service 04

Commercial Renovations

Modernizing existing buildings — usually while they are still open for business.

Renovation is a logistics problem as much as a construction one. Dust control, temporary partitions, life-safety continuity, and after-hours scheduling get planned before demolition, not improvised in week three.

  • Full-facility remodels and interior reconfigurations
  • Phased and after-hours work in occupied spaces
  • Selective demolition with dust and noise control
  • Structural modifications and openings
  • Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades
  • Restroom, break room, and common-area remodels

Service 05

Commercial Build-Outs

Shell to open: white box or vacant suite into finished, inspected, ready-to-operate space.

Your lease, your staff, and your opening announcement are already scheduled, so the deadline is hard. We take the space from bare shell through framing, rough-in, finishes, and final inspection — to landlord requirements and brand standards.

  • Restaurant, salon, medical, dental, and professional suites
  • Metal stud framing, drywall, and acoustic ceilings
  • Flooring, millwork, casework, and specialty finishes
  • Lighting, power, data, and low-voltage rough-in
  • ADA-compliant restrooms and accessible routes
  • Signage coordination and final inspections

Service 06

Office Renovations

Office space that has stopped matching how your team works. We reconfigure open plans, add or remove offices and conference rooms, upgrade lighting and HVAC zoning, and modernize finishes — in phases, so nobody works from home for a month.

  • Open-plan and private-office reconfiguration
  • Conference rooms and AV/data infrastructure
  • Lighting, ceiling, and HVAC zoning upgrades
  • Reception, break room, and restroom modernization
  • Phased construction around occupied floors

Service 07

Retail Tenant Improvements

Both sides of the lease. Tenants get built to brand standard and open on the announced date. Landlords get clean white-box and spec suites that show well and lease faster.

  • Tenant-side build-to-suit and brand-standard rollouts
  • Landlord white-box and spec suite delivery
  • Lease exhibit and work-letter compliance
  • Storefront, entry, and signage coordination
  • Fast-track schedules for retail opening dates

Service 08

Construction Management

Already have drawings and a budget? Bring us in to run the job.

We handle the parts nobody enjoys: leveling bids so you compare the same scope, writing trade contracts that cover the work, tracking RFIs and submittals, and keeping a schedule that reflects reality instead of optimism.

  • Preconstruction budgeting and cost estimating
  • Bid solicitation, leveling, and trade contract award
  • Critical-path scheduling and weekly progress reporting
  • RFI, submittal, and change-order administration
  • Permit management and inspection coordination
  • Punch list, warranties, as-builts, and closeout package

Service 09

Design-Build Coordination

We work with your architect and engineers — or bring ours — and review drawings for constructability before permit. A conflict caught on paper costs a phone call. In the field it costs a change order and two weeks.

  • Constructability and value-engineering review
  • Architect and engineer coordination
  • Early budget input during design
  • Single point of responsibility for design and build

Service 10

Commercial Building Improvements

Smaller scope, same standard: code and accessibility compliance, exterior and site work, and the capital projects that keep a property competitive.

  • ADA and building code compliance upgrades
  • Restroom and common-area remodels
  • Exterior facade, entry, and canopy work
  • Parking, sidewalk, and site improvements
  • Property-manager capital improvement projects

Service 11

Building Maintenance

Ongoing upkeep for commercial and industrial facilities, handled by the same contractor who knows how the building is put together. One call instead of chasing five trades.

  • Scheduled and preventive facility maintenance
  • Repairs: doors, hardware, drywall, ceilings, flooring
  • Roof, gutter, and envelope repair
  • Dock equipment, overhead doors, and bollards
  • Restroom, plumbing, and fixture service
  • Lighting, electrical, and minor MEP work
  • Parking lot, sidewalk, and exterior upkeep
  • Multi-site and property-manager programs

Service 12

Waste Removal Services

Our own dumpsters, delivered and hauled on your schedule rather than a subcontractor's.

Debris removal is usually the thing that holds up a jobsite. We run our own roll-offs, so a swap-out happens when the crew needs it. Available with a construction contract or on its own.

  • Roll-off dumpster delivery and pickup
  • Construction and demolition debris
  • Renovation and tenant cleanout
  • Facility and warehouse cleanouts
  • Scheduled swap-outs on active jobsites
  • Available with or without a construction contract
“Their dumpster rental service was equally impressive — easy to schedule, dependable, and extremely convenient for keeping the project clean and organized.”
